Adult Career Concerns Inventory (ACCI)
Adult Career Concerns Inventory
The Adult Career Concerns Inventory (ACCI) measures the career concerns of adults at different stages in their development (Super, Thompson, & Lindeman, 1988).
The ACCI clarifies the nature of the developmental tasks of greatest concern to the client at the present time.
For situations in which time may be of concern, counselors can use a shortened, 12-item form of the ACCI consisting of one item from each of the 12 substages (Perrone, Gordon, Fitch, & Civiletto, 2003).
